Bowl of Goodness #1

*1 Small Potato

*Handful Cashews

*1/2 Zucchini 

*Handful Chickpeas

*1/2 Avocado

*Can olive oil Tuna



*Cut up potato into cubes, cut up zucchini into slices, roast in oven for 30-40 mins with a dash of olive oil & rock salt at 180 degrees

*Mix half the avocado and tuna together, place in bowl

*Drain chickpeas place in bowl 

*Once cooked add potato and zucchini in bowl

*Place handful of cashews on top
