  • Handful of Kale

  • 90g of smoked salmon 

  • 2 eggs 

  • 3 Brussels sprouts 

  • 1 beetroot 

  • 10 almonds 

  • 1 tbs olive oil 

using one fry pan cook the salmon & vegetables first then push to side & add the eggs. Easy & Quick
