Specialising in injury prevention, postural analiysis, metabolic conditioning and a healthy mindset for body image, Sarah's aim is to recognise and correct postural abnormalities while addressing her client's personal goals through the use of remedial massage and trigger point therapy.
Through research and the practice of corrective exercises, Sarah has the ability not only to address posture, but can also assist with muscular balance and the prevention of injuries. By addressing these conditions, Sarah believes that specific exercises incorporated into a workout will be more beneficial due to the muscular stability, poise and precise technique.
