*1 stick of spring onion

*chilli flakes to taste 

*hanful Of GF pasta 

*dash olive oil 


*boil pasta in water to soften 

*dash of olive oil in fry pan & cook chicken until cooked through & brown

*Small Banana

*Dash Honey

*Tsp 100% nuts PB

*Pinch of cashews & almonds

*1/2 cup GF muesli 

*Sprinkle of cinnamon 


Chuck all ingredients in a bowl

*2 eggs

*1/2 Avo

*dash of Parmesan 

*Butter to spread 


*butter bread & cut middle out

*place in fry pan & put egg in middle 

*flip & cook until crisp 

*place ok plate put avo & Parmesan on top
